The Legis beta test is intended for demonstration and testing purposes only. It is not intended to provide comprehensive, accurate, or up-to-date legal advice. We are not responsible for any action taken or not taken in reliance on the Legis beta test.
2. Acceptable Use Policy
By using the Legis beta test, you agree to comply with our Acceptable Use Policy, which outlines the acceptable and prohibited uses of the Platform. We reserve the right to terminate your access to the Legis beta test if you violate the Acceptable Use Policy or engage in any illegal or harmful activities.
3. Beta Testing Purpose
By using the Legis beta test, you acknowledge and agree that the purpose of the beta test is to evaluate the performance, functionality, and user experience of the Legis platform. You agree to provide feedback on any issues, bugs, or suggestions for improvement that you encounter during the beta test.
4. Access Codes Usage
Access to the Legis beta test is granted through access codes. You must not share, distribute, or sell your access code without our prior written consent. We reserve the right to revoke your access code and terminate your access to the Legis beta test at any time, without notice or liability.
5. Accuracy, Completeness, and Timeliness of Information
While we use all reasonable attempts to ensure the accuracy and completeness of the information provided by the Legis beta test, we make no warranty regarding the information. You should not rely on the information as being complete, accurate, or up-to-date. We are not liable to you or anyone else if errors occur in the information provided by the Legis beta test or if that information is not up-to-date.
6. Intellectual Property Rights
Unless otherwise indicated, we own or license all rights, title, and interest (including copyright, designs, patents, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights) in the Legis platform and all of the material made available through the Legis beta test. Your use of the Legis beta test does not grant or transfer any rights, title, or interest to you in relation to the Legis platform or the material.
7. Warranties and Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we make no warranties or representations about the Legis beta test, including but not limited to warranties or representations that the information provided by the Legis beta test will be complete, accurate, or up-to-date, that access will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that the Legis beta test will be secure.
8. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we expressly exclude all conditions, warranties, representations or other terms which may apply to the Legis beta test, whether express or implied. We will not be liable to you for any direct, indirect or consequential loss or damage, or any loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption, or loss of business opportunity arising under or in connection with the use of, or inability to use, the Legis beta test or use of or reliance on any content displayed on our site.
Without limiting the above, in the event that we are found to be liable, our total aggregate liability to you for all other losses arising under or in connection with the use of, or inability to use, the Legis beta test or use of or reliance on any content displayed on our site, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise, shall in no circumstances exceed $100.
